46 Have you stayed on track with your health goals? (04/11/2023)
Not really. I am still around the same weight as I was almost a year ago. I have gotten a little stronger in terms of my dips, pulls, and bench. I have also starting doing deadlifts and squats. My diet has improved in the sense I eat more protein and vegetables and less carbs like sweets and rice.
However, I have been using melatonin and diphenhydramine to sedate myself into sleep. Every morning, I intake caffeine through energy drinks or caffeine juice concentrate. I am a drug addict so health wise, I am a lot worse. I have trouble falling asleep and trouble staying awake and alert. I am constantly in limbo of half-asleep and half-awake without my drugs.
I also cleaned my mold infested AC that was spitting out mold chunks every night. I was breathing in mold for almost three weeks straight so my lungs are even more fucked up.
I also had my first case of MSAB shit where my shit looks more like a mud pile than a sweet potato.
I never created a health goal for myself because I put health on the bottom of my priority list. However, looking at the current state, it will probably get worse if I don’t get myself checked up. A health goal I have now is to get myself checked out at the clinic.
