Well, I am trying to be a human resources professional in the near future.

What is a HR Professional?

-A HR professional is responsible for

1) Recruitment/hiring of new workers

2) Onboarding new recruits to properly join the company from day one

3) Managing benefits/pay/records of workers

4) Counseling/firing employees for bad behavior

5) Check in with employees periodically for career growth paths

6) Training and supporting managers

7) Oversee training programs

Why do I want to be a HR Professional?

Well, I took two career assessments, one for my personality (infp: introverted, intuition, feeling, and perceiving), and the other for work strengths (enterprising, social, investigative, conventional). Based on that, my top interests were sales 74, politics & public speaking 73, and human resources & training 72, marketing 65, and teaching 65). I got a 45 score for military. My strong occupations were career counselor 63, human resources specialist 62, management analyst 62, and marketing manager 62. For helpful subjects, I have to get: economics, marketing, business management, and industrial psychology.

Well, I am also trying to get some certificates on being an associate HR professional and associate project manager.
